Ordering Process

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Choose your preferred size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll provide your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your product requires personalization (like a name or custom text), we'll reach out by email to collect those details before beginning production.

What materials are used in your blankets?
Our blankets and tapestries are crafted from 100% cotton yarns to ensure quality and comfort.

Are your products organic?
While our cotton is not organic, it is high quality and carefully crafted for excellent durability and comfort. We are dedicated to providing premium products with outstanding craftsmanship.

Can I customize the size of my blanket or tapestry?
We offer three standard sizes: 52x37 inches, 50x60 inches, and 60x80 inches. Custom sizing is not available at this time.

Can I request a custom design for my throw blanket or tapestry?
Absolutely! Custom designs are our specialty. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kayprint.store or use our contact form to share your design ideas.
  2. Design Consultation: We’ll collaborate with you to refine and finalize your design.
  3. Approval and Production: Once you approve the final design, we’ll begin crafting your unique piece.

Care Instructions

To care for your blanket, machine wash in cold water with mild detergent, using a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and wringing.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do your products ship from?
All blankets are woven, packed, and shipped from Auburn, New York, USA. For orders requiring multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please reach out to discuss possible options.

Shipping Costs and Methods
We offer FREE standard shipping within the U.S. on all blankets, with tracking provided for every order. We primarily use UPS and USPS for delivery.
